My Story
Feeling blessed!! I lost my job 14 years ago after we sold our Family business of 21 years. Not knowing anything BUT the Restaurant/Bar business after working in the industry for 27 years I was LOST!!
I happened to fall into Scentsy by mistake!! I was at a friends home who had her Warmer on and I literally was amazed something that small could fill a room with such an amazing scent!! Never heard of nor seen Scentsy before!! I asked all sorts of questions what is it? How does it work? How do I buy it or how do I get it? Because I need one of those Warmers!!
After all the info I received I took it upon myself to do my own homework and was totally blown away by this company, the product and the owners of course, Orville and Heidi Thompson and signed up immediately to be a Scentsy Consultant!!
I have NEVER been in the Direct Selling Market nor did I know anything about it!! All I knew is that this was an AWESOME product and I knew if I could grow a Team and spread the word about Scentsy I had a chance of getting my life back together!! With 2 childern a NEW home and loosing an income that supported half of the household I had to TRY!!
After almost 13 years of working my Scentsy Business I have been to Denver Colorado, Salt Lake City Utah, Las Vegas Nevada TWICE, St Louis Missouri, Indianapolis Indiana, Nashville Tennessee, Kansas City Missouri, Los Angeles California and Austin Texas for our annual Family Reunions!! I have earned 6 Incentive Trips ALL expenses paid to Punta Cana Dominican Republic twice, Costa Rica and Bahamas Paradise Island, a European Cruise to 5 Ports, Queenstown New Zealand, and a Cruise to Bermuda. I would have NEVER imaged I could do this nor would I have EVER been able to travel to these places WITHOUT the opportunity that Scentsy has given me!! Thank you Orville and Heidi Thompson and ALL my loyal customers who have supported me through the years!! I couldn't have done it without you!!
I have been able to put my daughter through a 4 year degree in College and on to a Masters that she completed in March 2018!! I feel overwhelmed by what I have accomplished!! I love my job and the Scentsy products I sell!! I make my own hours and work when I want to, never again having to miss a family event or activity. My customers are the WORLD to me!!
